Handheld Space is taking a short break! We are heading away for a holiday to recharge from May 10th until June 5th.
Current Jobs:
If your console is already with us, rest assured that we are completing and shipping all currently booked-in jobs before we fly out. We wouldn't leave you hanging!
New Orders & Inquiries:
We will begin accepting new mail-in orders again after we return on June 5th. While we will try our best to reply to anything truly urgent, please keep in mind that we will be completely off the clock and traveling overseas for a personal holiday. Because we'll be away focusing on our own handheld hobbies for a bit, we won't be able to reply to every email, and many general inquiries will simply need to wait until we are back at the bench and fully caught up.
What to expect when we return:
When we get back to the bench, we’ll be hit with a significant backlog of both hardware and messages. As we are still just a dedicated two-man team balancing these repairs with our full-time careers, please be patient with us. Our turnaround times and email responses will take a little longer than we’d like as we work to catch up.
As always, we refuse to take shortcuts, the quality of our work and the care of your consoles will always come first.
